A graduate of The California Institute of the Arts (BFA Scenic Design) and USC’s Marshall School of Business (EMBA), Alex takes a unique approach to directing, producing, and design, utilizing his background in theatre to above all, tell a story. He has designed and produced award winning work for Film, Television, Theater, Themed Entertainment, Theme Parks, and Public Art Installations all over the world.
Alex also sits on the Executive Board for Invertigo Dance Theatre, an institution at the forefront of Los Angeles dance, as well as guest lectures and mentors in design and production at CalState Long Beach, The University of California Irvine, and CalArts.

Early in her career, Francesca lived in New York City designing film, theater, and music videos before heading west to design experiential events for internationally recognized clients in Los Angeles such as Amazon, Infiniti, Michael Kors, and WarnerMedia. Francesca also designs for theatre, film and TV in the Los Angeles area, including a production design credit for the upcoming Life On Mars short film by Troian Bellisario.
Prior to joining hiddenlemons, Francesca spearheaded teams in the creation of attractions for clients around the world with Entertainment Design Corporation. Working in all phases, from concept through construction supervision, and install, Francesca brings strong technical and branding skills, creative ingenuity, and a diverse set of experiences to contribute to hiddenlemons wide variety of projects.
Alison’s lifelong commitment to storytelling at every scale brought her to her work in production. Her experience includes commercial and documentary photography, community arts, event organizing, and film. In various roles as event coordinator, production manager, arts organizer, and freelance photographer, Alison has balanced creative energy with a producer’s practical sensibility, enabling her to keep projects focused, grounded, on track, and ultimately brought to life.
Alison’s recent work in the Themed Entertainment industry includes Dubai Parks and Resorts’ Motiongate and Bollywood theme parks, where she successfully scheduled and managed a team of over fifty designers, writers, 3D modelers and technical directors.
